Can I link to a private group?
Yes. Generate an invite link inside Telegram (Manage Group, Invite Links, Create a New Link). The link comes back in t.me/+<hash> format. Encode that URL. Scanners land on a Join Group prompt; if the link requires admin approval, the scanner is queued rather than auto-added. One caveat: if you revoke or regenerate the invite link inside Telegram, the printed static QR points at a dead URL.
